Remembering the day we found out about this property and then the viewing, the inspections, and being anxious about the timeline. It sure was a lot to go through but the buyers did such a great job in meeting the requirements and enduring the process. Good things happen when you pray, and surely they received their blessing. They have made their abode such a charming and beautiful one.

Closing Day

The plan was to close in 60 days but thankfully it was faster. Everything came into place; what a miracle and what a wonderous day!
